Opting in to receive text messages is not a condition of representation or of any purchase of legal services. These SMS Terms do not create an attorney-client relationship.
1. Program Name
Askeroth Law Group Client Communications Program
2. Program Description
Through this program, Askeroth Law Group sends text messages to clients, prospective clients, referral partners, and other individuals who have opted in. Depending on your relationship with the firm, messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment and hearing reminders (including medical examinations, depositions, and court or administrative proceedings)
- Case status updates and procedural notices
- Requests for documents, signatures, or information needed for your matter
- Responses to inquiries you have submitted to the firm
- Administrative messages, including confirmations of receipt and scheduling changes
- Occasional firm announcements (e.g., office closures)
This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program. Messages are transactional and related to your communications or relationship with the firm.
3. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text the word “STOP” to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of communications through other channels (telephone, email, or U.S. Mail). If you are a current client of the firm, we will continue to communicate with you about your matter through other means as required by our ethical and contractual obligations.
